Regardless of your problem, undercover investigations can be conducted in a variety of methods, each dependent on the circumstances at the time, which will be discussed fully with the client. The necessary evidence will be obtained in a variety of ways, together with detailed case notes. This evidence will be presented to the client and assistance can also be given in respect of any interviews that may occur as a result of such operation.

ACCIDENT/TRAFFIC INVESTIGATION.
Any involvement in a road accident is a very traumatic experience regardless of whether you are a driver, passenger in that vehicle or a witness to the collision. Some of our investigators have vast experience in dealing with all forms of collision, from minor through to fatal, from initial attendance at the scene to the submission of a file of evidence, where applicable and attendance at court.
The investigation of the scene of the collision is vitally important and our experienced investigators can examine and re-examine the collision scene and review the evidence obtained by the police.
Currently, it is a fact that in many Forces, traffic departments are being devolved and of those still operating, few officers are ever on patrol to deal with such incidents. Very often, officers are young in service and have very little experience in traffic matters and driving incidents. Why run the risk of simply allowing inexperienced police officers to dictate to you as to how any matter should proceed?
Increasingly, the experience and knowledge of operational police officers is limited and on occasions, the evidence submitted by the police does not adequately reflect the circumstances of the accident which, on occasions, are simply recorded and not investigated, the officer placing too much reliance on allowing insurance companies to deal with it. This process can be lengthy, causing stress and anxiety for the innocent involved.
