Dare Training

Dare Training Ltd is a Private sector company made up of a number of staff from the Public Sector. The Company accredits Pacific Institute qualifications for DELL and also works closely with Employment Service New Deal Programmes and Communities First wards. The Dare Training portfolio of learning opportunities has been specifically designed to help individuals begin the process of Lifelong Learning through a mix of motivational support Soft skills, Basic skills and functional learning. The training gives individuals the confidence to overcome barriers and a self-belief to develop a capacity for learning and wider participation. We believe that these skills are essential to encourage people who may have not been able to take advantage of previous learning opportunities for whatever reasons, back into the informal/formal learning systems or directly into employment. Courses are delivered in a fun, informal atmosphere and can be linked to other training activities.

 

Our portfolio of training allows access for learners at a basic level and can support them up to professional level. All our ‘Soft skills’ packages are accredited under N.O.C.N. arrangements and our office at Aberdare is the accredited centre for delivery of this part of our provision across Wales.

 

We deliver training courses to all areas in Wales, distance is no barrier


 

 

Dare Training is currently a partner of the ‘Learning for Growth’ project within RCT. This is a European bid. Our role is linking with Community First Wards and bringing additional resources and added value offering increased participation, higher levels of engagement and a broader range of provision.

 

We deliver courses suitable for all age groups. Courses can be tailor made to suit individuals or groups. Training is flexible and informal.
