Powerhouse Gym
Powerhouse Gym is situated on the Aberamman Industrial Estate of Aberdare. The gym is very popular with local peopel and is used by a number of recognised body builders including the current Mr Wales Peter Beddoe, previous Mr Wales title holders, Dale Norris the British strongest man competitor, Shane Bye – Mr Wales (previous), Jo Griffiths - Miss Wales, Darren Pine (Wales Strong Man) and Geraint Jones (previous Mr Wales).
The gym is fully equipped to accomodate all aspects of bodbuilding and cardiovascular training. Equipment includes:
