Tim Long is TiGra’s technology consultant and software engineer. Tim Studied computing at the Polytechnic of Wales (now University of Glamorgan) and graduated as a Bachelor of Science. He has around 20 years experience working in IT and Telecommunications as a software engineer and system administrator. Tim designed software and firmware for telephone systems and internet routers and worked briefly in the field of digital rights management, with companies such as Nortel Networks, Cisco Systems and VTech Communications. Tim runs TiGra Networks' own IT equipment based on Microsoft Windows Small Business Server 2003, which allows us to access our systems from anywhere on the planet as long as there is an internet connection.

Tim is an enthusiastic amateur astronomer and has his own observatory. Naturally, the observatory is fully automatic and can be accessed remotely using the internet. Tim also produces software for amateur astronomers and provides various services in the guise of Software-y-Ddraig (Dragon Software). Tim keeps a Web Log (or "blog") where you can read about his views on IT-related topics and also more about his personal interests.

Grace Long is TiGra's business development manager. Grace has a background in IT education and was Assistant Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Basic Education Business Unit of A.M.A.—Southeast Asia’s leading computer education university.

Grace is an artist and excels at creating hand made greetings cards. Some of Grace's artwork can be seen at the Orientalia Designs web site.
