Take a look at helpyourself.org.uk. Help yourself fund projects and activities that help children and young people who are excluded and isolated as well as those living in noted areas of deprivation.
Take a look at the Sports Council Wales. The Sports Council operate a number of funding schemes that aim to increase participation and improve performance in Welsh sport.
Check out the Arts Council Wales. The site has useful information on how to apply for funding from the Arts Council of Walesn and also contains information on other services that ACW can provide to artists and arts organisations in Wales.
