ABERDARE TREFOIL GUILD
What is the TREFOIL GUILD? It is the non-uniformed part of the Guide Movement which brings together people with an interest in Guiding for fun and friendship.
ABERDARE GUILD is a small Guild and most of our Guild Members have been members of GUIDING in a variety of roles for many years in the Cynon Valley.
Our County Guild is made up of members from 5 Guilds – Aberdare, Bridgend, Pontyclun, Pontypridd and Porthcawl. We come under the TREFOIL GUILD (Wales/Cymru)
Who can become a member?
Full membership is open to anyone aged 18 or over who has been a member of The Guide Association or The Scout Association or who makes the Guide Promise.
Associate membership is open to anyone aged 18 or over who holds either a Guider's Unit Appointment Card or a Commissioner's Warrant in The Guide Association or a Warrant in The Scout Association.
[Affiliated membership is open to anyone aged 18 or over who has not made the Guide or Scout Promise but subscribes to the aims and principles of the two Associations.]
