Moriah Aman Christian Centre at Cwmaman is a Christian Church affiliated to the Assemblies of God.
A word from our minister:
Hello! My name is Ken Brown and I am the minister of Moriah Aman Christian Centre at Cwmaman.
Welcome to our Shape-IT web portal pages.
I have been the pastor of Moriah Aman Christian Centre since 1985.
In 1989 we purchased Moriah Aman Chapel, Fforchaman Road and over a number of years set about re-developing the building as primarily a church, but also as a multifunctional resource within the Cwmaman community.
God has really been good to us. I can testify of his saving, healing and keeping power in my own life and the lives of many others. I have seen:
- People's lives dramatically changed through faith in Jesus Christ.
- Miraculous healing's taking place in the name of Jesus.
- Impossible situations being transformed through prayer.
- Progression and development in individual lives from the teaching of the word of God.
The completion of the Moriah Aman Christian Centre building is in itself a story of miraculous provision both in finance and resource. I say this to the glory of God.
As well as being a minister, I also work in secular employment, part time. This keeps me in touch with the people and problems every day working life. I have held posts in Industrial Engineering Management and Training and currently work for Swansea College Assessing and Verifying NVQ programmes within some 'high profile' employers within South Wales.
I am also a member of the Cwmaman Communities First Partnership Board which seeks to provide individuals to improve the village of Cwmaman and providing developments for a better quality of life for the people who live there.
It is my desire that Moriah Aman Christian Centre will be able to make a positive contribution to the village bringing spiritual light, peace and help to those in need by the gospel of Jesus Christ.
I believe that Jesus Christ is the answer to all of life's needs and his salvation and forgiveness is available to all who come to God through Him. I invite you to seek him today for yourself.
We would love to see you in one of our services or programmes and pray that God's blessing will be with you and your family.
Ken Brown.
