Ladies' Guild

Ladies’ Guild

The Ladies’ Guild meets once a month, usually on the last Thursday of each month at 7.15pm.
The meeting usually involves a speaker who talks about a topical subject, and we have an opportunity to contribute our ideas. We also share a cup of tea and a biscuit. The meeting ends by 8.45pm.
All ladies are welcome – you do not have to be a member of the church to join us.

MANY THANKS to the members of the Ladies' Guild who raised a magnificent £60 for Christian Aid at the Quizaid evening in February.

Thursday 13th May 2010 - Coffee evening and Bring & Buy for Christian Aid Week

During Christian Aid Week 2009  the Guild held a coffee evening and Bring and Buy. We were pleased to be supported by members of Porth Newydd Parish including Father Chris Coles. The total amount raised was £205, which included generous donations from those unable to attend. A big thank you to everyone.
Thanks also to members of the O.A.P. Association who collected £37.62 for Christian Aid.
