 The Cinema Exhibitors' Association Card can be used nationally and allows holder a free cinema ticket for the person accompanying them (i.e. parent, carer or friend).

To apply for a CEA card, you will need to be either receiving disability living allowance or attendance allowance or be registered blind.

Once issued, the card is valid for 3 years. A fee of £5.50 applies, which should be enclosed with the application form.

Railcard for Disabled People

 
 
 
 
    
The Disabled Persons Railcard is a scheme that allows disabled people to buy discounted rail tickets for train journeys throughout Britain. The Railcard currently costs £18 and is valid for 12 months. A three year card, costing £48, is also available. It enables the holder to get up to a third off the price of many rail tickets.
 
 
Children aged from 5 years may apply for a Disabled Persons Railcard, if they meet the qualifying criteria. An adult travelling with them can then travel at a discounted rate.
 
 
    
 
 
You might qualify if you: have a visual impairment or a hearing impairment or have epilepsy or are in receipt of a disability related benefit.
