About Friends R Us
Friends R Us provide social opportunities and support for anyone who has mental health problems or cares for someone who does. The group arrange an interesting monthly programme for members which will provide information, support and social activities.
It is an opportunity for sufferers of this illness and their carers to relax and socialise in a homely happy atmosphere. The monthly programme includes social activities, a quiz, slide shows, speakers on benefits, support agencies, medication, Health and Well being, relaxation exercises etc. A grant from the lottery awards for All Wales enables us to provide half day and day trips, a mystery weekend trip, courses etc.
