Co-ordinator – Andy Phillips is the Communities First co-ordinator/manager of the Communities’ First team. Andy oversees the running of the programme and works closely with the partnership board. He also liases with other agencies such as the local authority, businesses and voluntary organisations with the aim to voice residents concerns over services that they may be struggling to receive. He aims to build good relationships with as many key agency representatives as possible to enable residents to receive as much support as possible.
Community Development Worker – Adele Morgan is in place to work closely with residents and groups to identify what the key issues are in the community and help support them with any ideas for development and change. Adele can help with identifying potential funding opportunities for any activities/projects that residents feel should be undertaken in the area.
Administration Assistant – Karen Howells provides all our administrative support, and is a key member of the team. Karen will often be the first point of contact in the office, and will be there to assist you to the best of her ability.
