The scheme can:

provide support into employment, college, independent living and Direct Payments

arrange speakers to advise on things like benefits, housing issues and using equipment to help you live more independently

support you to access education and training programmes that reflect your interests

encourage you to get you involved in all sorts of social and leisure pursuits that you enjoy or in new things that you want to try out

create opportunities for you to make new friends
