The link above takes you to the Welsh Assembly Government’s website which provides an overview of the curriculum and its assessment arrangements for all children in Wales.
Also available are two booklets which explain about the National Curriculum in Wales, and how the assessment and reporting arrangements fit into the framework. They should give you a clearer idea of what your child is being taught, how his or her progress will be measured, and help to prepare you for discussions with teachers about how your child is getting on.
