Accessible Caring Transport is a registered Community Transport Charitable Company, limited by guarantee working in Rhondda cynon Taf.
ACT aim to provide community transport services and schemes to people with disabilities and elderly people.
We currently offer many different services to the communities within the Rhondda Fach and the Cynon Valley area, including:

The Community Transport Concessionary Fares Initiative is a demonstration project funded by the Welsh Assembly Government.
Our aim is to provide free door-to-door transport for people with severe disabilities in the Cynon Valley , through a pre booked Dial-a-Ride scheme.
To qualify for the free concessionary fares initiative you must be in receipt of one of the following:
- Higher Rate of Disability Living Allowance
- Attendance Allowance
- Have a disability defined by the Department of Work & Pensions
If you use a wheelchair, walking frame or other mobility aid and are physically disabled or experience mental health illness then we welcome you to join the scheme.
*Blue badges alone will not give access to the service
