How to use your My Page section...
Welcome to your My Page section. This section allows you to compile a page of content that's relevant to you. This can be done by borrowing content from other parts of this site.
To do this, browse the site for content that interests you. Once you have found content you would like to add to your My Page section click on the copy symbol which is located on the left hand side of the contents heading (copy symbol located in pink heading section). This is a clip board tab that allows you to copy this content.
Once you have copied your content navigate back to your My Page section. Click on the Manage Components on this page tab and then click on Add Component.
Choose the Clipboard option and the title of your chosen piece of content should appear. Click on the title and this will automatically load onto your My Page section.

My Interests - How it works
Your My Interests page is information that is gathered from your registration process - Primary and Secondary Interest and Primary and Secondary Location fields.
If you left these sections blank and would like to go back to your registration options to fill them in then go to My Settings and select Change Settings click next, and next again until you get to the My Interests page.
Once you have edited your details your My Interest page should be populated with content links surrounding your interests.

Welcome to you My Shortcuts page.
This page allows you to add shortcuts to pages within this site that interest you.
To do this naviagte to the page that interests you and simply click the Add page to shortcuts tab which appears on the top right habd side of your pages when you are logged in.
The page you have requested will now appear in your shortcuts. This can be done as many times as you wish allowing you to create a list of favourite shortcuts.
