Following the merger between ntl and Telewest and the subsequent takeover by Virgin TV there are a number of access paths for 'Virgin TV'.  Virgin are aiming to have all customers on their own user interface  (called UK2) by the end opf June 2007.

• Service branded Virgin but using the ntl: interactive interface

• Service in ntl: areas only, simulating the Telewest service but branded Virgin (referred to as UK1 within Virgin TV) and with a new separate interactive interface

• Virgin TV with a new separate interactive interface (referred to as UK2 within Virgin TV)
